A.B. was my salvation to cater my daughter's 1st communion. A.B. helped me cater my event with less than a week's service request at our home. (This just tells you how professional they are and willing to go above and beyond to help their clients). We worked together to set up a delicious meal, including a meal for a guest with food allergies. The food was delicious, the presentation was impeccable. I started to enjoy my event the moment I started talking to A.B., it felt like I was chatting with a close friend wanting the best for my event. She truly cares and understands event catering, what a host wants to receive and how to please everyone in the event including keeping everything under a specific budget. During the planning she shared pictures of the menu, to get a better idea of what I would receive and it was amazing. I ran out of words of gratitude for A.B. AB, Angela, and Roseanne provided a lovely and sumptuous 'deluxe' charcuterie display that impressed all the guests, AB made us as the hosts look good!
Pacific Coast Catering are true professionals. They arrived at the stated time, set up everything, and even added special touches to the display: small descriptive signage, rosemary sprigs, and more.
Beyond the look of the table, the food itself was delicious. So many offerings too. From cheeses to meats, dips, crackers, bread, fruit - it was gorgeous, yummy and budget-friendly.
At the end of the reception they cleaned up, bagged the leftovers and placed them in the frig for us.
I would highly recommend Pacific Coast Catering and plan to use them again myself, this spring!

My new bride and I hired AB and company to cater our after wedding event in Carmel 10-12-19 and everything was perfect!!! They were on time, had a fantastic staff, the planning process was a pleasure and every detail was met and exceeded!!!
